 Our Founding Partners are the businesses, organizations, and individuals who believed in Lost & Found Homestead Farms before there was a Homestead to see. They stepped forward at the very beginning—offering financial support, donations, resources, services, connections, and their belief in our mission to create a place where veterans can rediscover purpose, stability, community, and belonging. 

Their support helped transform an idea into an officially founded organization and laid the groundwork for everything that comes next. As Lost & Found Homestead Farms grows, these partners will always hold a permanent place in our story. 

They were here at the beginning, and their legacy will remain part of the Homestead. 

 Our Canine Program will bring veterans and dogs together through training, responsibility, companionship, and shared purpose. Veterans will take an active role in the daily care and training of dogs, developing practical handling skills while building confidence, consistency, patience, and connection along the way. 

The program is designed to benefit both ends of the leash—giving dogs the structure and training they need while providing veterans with meaningful work, companionship, and the opportunity to experience the powerful bond that develops when trust is built one day at a time. 

The program will also serve the public through professional dog training and boarding services, creating opportunities for veterans to develop valuable, transferable skills while helping generate sustainable revenue to support the Homestead and its programs. At the Homestead, dogs won't simply be companions; they'll be part of the work, the community, and the journey forward. 

 Our Homeownership Program is designed to help veterans move beyond temporary stability and toward lasting independence. As part of the three-year Homestead program, participants will have a permanent residence throughout their time at the Homestead, providing the stability and security needed to focus on building their future. 

During those three years, veterans will work toward repairing and strengthening their credit, building meaningful savings, developing financial literacy, and preparing for the responsibilities of homeownership. Through education, mentorship, hands-on experience, and connections with trusted housing and financial professionals, each participant will work toward a clear goal: enter the Homestead with a place to call home, build the foundation for independence, and exit the program as a homeowner. 

The goal isn't simply housing for today—it's creating a pathway to lasting stability, ownership, and a future veterans can truly call their own.
